Castlewood Ranch - Update
Posted on Nov 5th, 2013

Below are a couple of tips for homeowners:

  • With landscaping winding down, now would be a great time to take a look at the exterior of your home for some quick projects that will help beautify your home.
  • Fence work is currently underway, it is time to remind homeowners that under no circumstances are gates to be added to Association fencing.  This puts pressure on fence posts and causes unnecessary damage and costly repairs that will be billed back to homeowners in the future.
  • Wing fences are the small portions of fence visible from the road that extend from your home to your neighbors “wing fence”.
  • A Volunteer tree is a tree, not planted by human hands, that begins to grow on residential or commercial property. Unlike trees that are brought in and installed on property, volunteer trees usually spring up on their own from seeds placed onto the ground by natural causes or accidental transport by people. Normally, volunteer trees are considered weeds and removed.
