You can pay your assessment directly with Alliance Association Bank.   If this is the option you choose, understand that the management company does not have access to the information you set up with them and you will need to work directly with  Alliance Association Bank at (844) 739-2331, to make changes.  Please note the Management Company ID for The Colorado Property Management Specialists is 7020.
 
Payments must be received by 4:00 pm Pacific to begin processing today.
Payments received after 4:00 pm Pacific may take up to 4 business days to be completed if the payment date falls on a weekend or Holiday.

 
In most cases, payments are processed within 1-2 business days.
 

Trash and Recycle
Report a Trash Service Problem
 
In an effort to expedite any trash service issue, HBS asks that as soon as you think there is a problem to report it by using the link above.  This communication actually goes straight to a manager and dispatch and they can reroute the correct truck and driver immediately without a delay of service by a day or more.   This also provides them the ability to track service problems based on areas and drivers.  
 
Please make sure you put the name of your HOA in there and as much information on the issue that you give can.  
 
Please include your Name/Address/Phone Number.   
Please place your trash toter and cans on the curb (do not place on the sidewalks) the night before or by 7:00 am on Tuesdays, trash is scheduled to be picked up until at least 7 pm each service day. If there is a snow delay, or any other issue and your trash is not picked up, please leave your items out to be picked up, the next day, DO NOT PULL THEM BACK IN. BOARD OF DIRECTOR
MEETING AND LOCATION
Board meetings are held on the 2nd Tuesday of the month except for December (NO meeting) at 6:00 pm.  The meetings are held at the Founders Village Ridgehouse at 4501 Enderud Boulevard.  All owners are welcome to join us.  
 
LOST PETS
Report lost and found pets to www.PetHarbor.com, as it connects with The Buddy Center for pets!
 
KWAL has been purchased by Sherwin Williams.  The stain can now be obtained at the Sherwin Williams on Plum Creek.  The color is still called "Beachwood".  You are also permitted to color match the stain and utilize another brand.  Click on the link above for the Approved Fence Stain formula.
 
DESIGN GUIDELINES INFORMATION
A Design Review Application must be submitted for any exterior change to your home or property.  The DRC Committee meets each month on the Friday prior to the HOA Board meetings, which is the second Tuesday of the month. New Design Guidelines have been adopted, please log into your portal account to view them. 
 
Please note: Any exterior change to structure, landscaping, fencing, signage, and lighting requires application and approval.   
 
Covenant Reminders
  • Dead Trees - Shrubs: Should be removed and replaced as soon as possible.   
  • Weeds:  Must be removed from all property.  Landscape beds, both sides of the fence, rock beds, and driveway cracks.
  • Trash Cans:  Empty trash cans should be removed from the edge of the street as soon as practical following collection. If you have any questions about trash removal, please visit the website www.hbstrash.com or call 720-547-8600.
  • Mailboxes: Castlewood Ranch standard product can be ordered from Gaines Mfg. Inc. www.gainesmfg.com . Their Office Hours are  7:30am - 4:30pm Pac Time MON-FRI and can be reached at (858) 486-7100 Ext: 112  (858) 486-7855 OR (Fax) When you call, indicate you are a resident of Castlewood Ranch, and they will provide the product information to you for the Janzer products.
