If you pay your assessment directly with Alliance Association Bank the management company does not have access to the information you set up with them and you will need to work directly with Alliance Association Bank at (844) 739-2331, to make changes. Payments made directly with the bank usually post within 2 days, if you make them before 4:00 PST.

Trash and Recycle |
Help keep our community clean and beautiful. Please bag your trash.
Please place your trash toter and cans on the curb (do not place on the sidewalks) the night before or by 7:00 am on Tuesdays, trash will be picked up until 7 pm each service day. If there is a snow delay, or any other issue and your trash is not picked up, please contact HBS at www.hbstrash.com or call 720-547-8600. Leave your items out to be picked up, the next day, DO NOT PULL THEM BACK IN.
Observed holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. Your trash will be delayed if the holiday falls on or before your service day that week.

MEETINGS, TIME AND LOCATION
Board meetings are held on the 2nd Tuesday of the month except for December (NO meeting) at 6:00 pm. The meetings are held at the Founders Village Ridgehouse at 4501 Enderud Boulevard. All owners are welcome to join us.
DESIGN GUIDELINES INFORMATION
A Design Review Application must be submitted any exterior change to the structure, landscaping, fencing, signage, and lighting requires an application to be submitted by the owner and approved by the DRC Committee prior to any work taking place. Covenant Reminders
- Trash Cans: Empty trash cans should be removed from the edge of the street as soon as practical following collection and stored in your garage.
- Mailboxes: Castlewood Ranch standard product can be ordered from Gaines Mfg. Inc. www.gainesmfg.com . Their Office Hours are 7:30am - 4:30pm Pac Time MON-FRI and can be reached at (858) 486-7100 Ext: 112 (858) 486-7855 OR (Fax) When you call, indicate you are a resident of Castlewood Ranch, and they will provide the product information to you for the Janzer products.
- Fence Stain: - Sherwin Williams - Exterior Woodscapes Flat - Beachwood Fence Stain Formula
- Snow Removal: From Nov. 15 to March 15, the Town plows residential streets when accumulation of snow on roads is 4 inches or more. It is the responsibility of residents and businesses (including HOA’s) to remove snow and ice from sidewalks within 48 hours following the termination of each snow event, with 2 inches or more of accumulation.
